すみません、ＪＲ一宮駅の三省堂書店で、しばらく立ち読みして、買わずに帰ってきてしまいました。
先の人間ドッグで軽度肥満と診断されてしまったので、ついつい読んでしまいました。
申し訳ないので内容紹介はしません。どこかで書評を読んでください。
ご本人のダイエット日記のブログもあるし→ここ岡田斗司夫氏は、イメージ的にタレントの伊集院光さんに似た巨漢タイプの人。
新書のカバーに、がばがばズボンをはいた氏の姿が載っていました。これは、すごいわ。
それにしてもダイエット方法はすごくシンプルで、ざっと立ち読みして「よし、自分もがんばってみようかな」と思えました。
岡田氏のダイエット方法を追試するのに便利そうなＨＰは次の２つ。
摂取カロリー計算

今日はちょっと事情があって夕食を食べ過ぎました。
本日のカロリー計算の結果、ざっと１０００キロカロリーオーバーでした。
これが、初日というか、チャレンジ前の記念すべき数値です。
１０００キロカロリー消費しようとなると、自転車やジョギングで２時間必要ですから、ふだんの生活ではもう絶望的。
やはり食事制限しかないですね。
暑い夏ですが、とにかく「お茶」にしよう！

Hey would you mind stating which blog platform you're working with?
